The Process

Attention to detail is the key element to making your wedding day run as smoothly as possible, this applies to your photography experience as well! My goal for each and every wedding is to go above and beyond to serve my clients and provide them with artwork worthy of cherishing for a lifetime. This is accomplished via the following steps:

Step 1: Pre-Booking Consultation

This is a crucial part of the process. Before booking I always schedule a face to face meeting with the bride and groom either in person or via zoom. It is impossible to know if a photographer is the right fit for you without meeting them first and making sure you know exactly what they offer! During this meeting we discuss available dates, artwork investment, package options and booking instructions.

Step 2: Booking

In order to officially book clients must sign a liability contract and place a $300 booking deposit to save their date.

Step 3: Details Meeting

This can either be done at time of booking or 3-6 months prior to the wedding, in person or over the phone. Now is the time to show me those Pinterest boards and fill out a questionnaire that goes over every detail to make your day run perfectly. 

Step 4: Confirmation Call

Life can be crazy and sometimes plans can change at the last minute. You need to make sure all your vendors are on the same page! 1-2 weeks prior to your event date we will schedule a phone call to confirm details from our prior meeting and make any adjustments as needed. 

Step 5: Ordering Session

Once the wedding is over and your photos are complete, we then schedule a face to face meeting where you will get to view all of your images for the first time, choose the images and customizations you would like for your album, and have the option to order additional prints/wall art/albums ect.

Step 6: Hand Delivery

When your artwork comes in I quality check it to make sure everything is perfect, and then schedule a time to hand deliver it to you! (Shipping is also available when necessary)
